CHRISTMAS GIFT
Christmas gifts purchased from 1 November 2023 can be exchanged until Monday 16 January 2024.
EXCHANGE
Refund of purchase price is to original buyer.
Discounted items are exchanged within 3 days – i.e. you must return them in the same condition as you received them, within 3 days of receiving them.

PAYMENT
It is possible to pay with the following cards at byTrampenau.dk

The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is dispatched.
DELIVERY
Unless otherwise stated on each item, it will be shipped from our warehouse 1-2 days after receipt of your order, except for personalized products, such as Bracelets with clairvoyant message.
We mainly ship with Dao, with delivery time of 2-4 days.
Note free shipping when you buy for over 499 kr. Valid only with Dao and only for orders for delivery in Denmark.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at byTrampenau.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by sending an email to kirsten@bytrampenau.dk your notice must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving us clear notice.
If you have ordered an item with a discount code, the discount will be cancelled if you return an item on that order. I.e. the amount from the gift code will be deducted first.
RETURNS
You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery.
Remember to include clear information about the sender, the order number and preferably the reason for the return.
THE CONDITION OF THE GOODS WHEN YOU RETURN THEM
You are liable only for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we will consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item. To receive a full refund, you must do the same as in a physical store. You may try the product, but not actually use it, and the label must still be on the product.
If you have ordered an item with a discount code through the newsletter, the discount will be forfeited if you return an item on that order. I.e. the amount from the gift code will be deducted first.
REPAYMENT OF PURCHASE PRICE
If you cancel your purchase, we will of course refund the amount you paid to us. You will be responsible for any shipping costs. In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event within 30 days from the date on which we received notice of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. This can take up to 7-10 days from the amount being returned, depending on your bank.

Remember to write your order number.
We do not accept packages sent COD or sent to a parcel shop.
The money will be in your account within 10-14 days depending on how fast your bank is.
WARRANTY
The shortage rules of the Purchase Act may apply to the purchase of goods.
When you shop at byTrampenau as a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty period. This means you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behaviour.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the goods. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The goods must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt of dispatch so we can refund your shipping costs.

“COMPLAINT”
When you return the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
We do not accept parcels sent by parcel post or by cash on delivery.
OUT OF STOCK
- If you have had a look at an item that has unfortunately been sold out in the meantime, or you are generally interested in hearing whether we have, or will have, a given item in stock again, you are always welcome to contact us at kirsten@bytrampenau.dk
- When purchasing from byTrampenau.dk, your order is accepted and approved only when payment is received and the item is dispatched from our physical warehouse – only when the item is dispatched from our warehouse do we deduct the money from your account.
- We reserve the right to price errors, misprints, and out of stock items. As a rule, we will always contact you in the event of the above.
SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
As the actual colours you see in the webshop depend on your computer screen, we cannot guarantee that your screen will show the exact colour of the item on delivery. However, we endeavour to clearly reproduce the colour, cut and material under each item.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all bracelets and mala chains with crystals and natural stones are made of str 6mm beads.
All information given about crystals, natural stones, energies and support for our products,
all refer to alternative, spiritual, personal and/or religious practices and beliefs.
All information, instructions, etc. given and followed are at your own risk.
This should not, cannot and must not replace therapeutic, psychological or medical help.
PERSONAL INFORMATION/SECURITY
In order for you as a customer to conclude an agreement with byTrampenau, we need the following information: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
The collection of the above information is necessary for us to deliver the order to you.
Personal data is registered with byTrampenau and stored for five years, after which it is deleted.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is being collected and why.
We do not store customer information encrypted, however login information is encrypted.
We do not transmit customer information encrypted.
Your information will be used only for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when that purpose is fulfilled or is no longer relevant.
We use third parties to process:

– Your delivery details – Shipmondo
– Managing email newsletters – Mailchimp
We have entered into a data processing agreement with these data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.
As a registered customer of byTrampenau.dk, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to see what information is recorded about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and any enquiries in this regard should be addressed to byTrampenau by e-mail to kirsten@bytrampenau.dk

By subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to byTrampenau contacting you by email with offers, news and information about the company. You can always withdraw your consent by clicking on the link at the bottom of the emails you receive from byTrampenau. After unsubscribing, we will delete the personal data you have given us in connection with the registration.
byTrampenau otherwise follows the guidelines and laws required by the Consumer Agency.
