Crystals, Lavender and Essential Oils are a really powerful combination – try it!

Lava is a beautiful natural stone we love for its healing and soothing properties. It is a porous stone that can absorb essential oils, allowing you to benefit from both the properties of the lava stone and the effects of the essential oil you choose to drip onto it.

Rub a drop of essential oil into the lava stone at the top of your beautiful bracelet before putting it on.

If you can tolerate the oil directly on the skin, you can further drip oil into the lava stone at the bottom of the bracelet. This way you get both the scent and the oil in contact with the energy points on the inside of your wrist.
